Matthew 5:14-15; Psalm 96:1-4
You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:14-15
Sing to the Lord a new song;
sing to the Lord, all the earth.
2 Sing to the Lord, praise his name;
proclaim his salvation day after day.
3 Declare his glory among the nations,
his marvellous deeds among all peoples.
4 For great is the Lord and most worthy of praise;
he is to be feared above all gods. Psalm 96:1-4
A Destroyer at full pelt, an urgent call, a fervent prayer & a promise to God ...How important it is to pray, & to be ready & willing to share the wonderful things God is doing in our lives. We can’t do it on our own. We depend on the God who loves us & watches over us. “‘You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.”- from Matthew 5:14-15 “Sing to the Lord, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day. Declare his glory among the nations, his marvellous works among all the peoples. For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised”- from Psalm 96:1-4 God’s Peace be with you all 😊Lesley & GrahamPosted by Holy Trinity Church Frome on Thursday, 25 June 2020
