Lords prayer in Ango Saxon

“So he got up and went to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.” Luke 15:20

St. Dunstan, a true Shepherd of the people, died 1,032 years ago today. He lived through difficult & dangerous times in the 10th century. And inspired people to turn to prayer in their troubles. How about us? When we honestly tell God what’s on our hearts, He gives comfort, hope, joy & light for the next step. The one who was crucified with terrible suffering & raised again is always ready to pour out on us His Holy Spirit of love. God is the good Father, welcoming us whenever we turn back to Him. Jesus told a story about a prodigal son who’d messed up but decided to go back home. ‘But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms round him and kissed him.”- from Luke‬ ‭15May this God welcome you 😊Lesley & Graham Listen out for Graham praying the Lord’s prayer in Anglo Saxon!
